How The System Works

A 10-step closed loop that gets smarter every week. Three phases, one continuous cycle.

Phase 1

Gather + Process

Connect Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, Intervals.icu, Zwift, and more. Sleep, HRV, blood panels, and race history flow in automatically.

Clean & compress

Raw data is cleaned, normalized, and compressed into an AI-ready prompt. Duplicate entries removed, units standardized, time zones aligned.

Choose AI engine + research

Pick your preferred AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and select which research protocols to prioritize. Prompt templates stay current with peer-reviewed studies.

AI Deliberates

Run prompt

Your compressed data prompt runs against the selected AI engine. Manual or automatic — you control when and how.

Deliberate with multiple AIs

A second (or third) AI independently analyzes your data. Disagreements surface as options for you to review — not hidden behind a black box.

Get training plan

The consensus plan arrives: structured sessions, intensity targets, rest days, and race-specific periodization — personalized to your current fitness.

Not sure about Thursday's tempo run? Ask why. Want to swap Saturday for Sunday? Just ask. The AI adjusts with full context.

Do the training

Execute your sessions. Data from each workout feeds back through your connected platforms automatically.

Post-workout: recovery metrics, perceived exertion, sleep quality. The system learns how you respond to different training stimuli.

Loop — cycle restarts

Updated fitness, fatigue, and form data feeds back to step 1. Next week's plan is smarter than last week's. The loop never stops.
